Check Wazuh API connection & Version Error...

Dear Team,

Dear Team,

I'm using wazuh 4.1 and my OS is Ubuntu 20.04 

i installed wazuh all in one with unattended deployment also i have installed agents on windows machine yesterday but today when i am login kibana its showing Check Wazuh API connection & Version error.

Health Check. [request body.id]: expected value of type [string] but got [undefined]

please suggest.

Hi Siddharth, 
In order to help you, could you check if all the services are running? You can check this with the following commands:
# systemctl status wazuh-manager

And if it possible could you send me the logs of wazuh: 
/usr/share/kibana/data/wazuh/logs/wazuhapp.log

Thanks for your reply.

yes i checked all the services are running and i try to restart by /var/ossec/bin/ossec-control restart this cmd after that the error is not showing and i can access the kibana web interface. could you please suggest something on this?

i have also attached wazuapp.log , kindly check and suggest.

It is possible that you have incorrectly configured the API IP, you can verify it from this section or this file /usr/share/kibana/data/wazuh/config/wazuh.yml

Hi siddharth,

It is possible that you will send me some screenshots of the error that it shows you by opening the Console tab of your browser (F12) and also another screenshot of the Networking tab selecting where it shows the errors, in this way I could get better information to help you.

sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for your kind support.

I am not getting that error now as i told you earlier after restarting the the services i was not getting that error again.
