Supported OS

Hi!

Wazuh documentation says supported OS for Wazuh cluster components among other is Ubuntu. May I ask why Debian is not on supported OS list? Does installing on Debian may affect cluster or this is just about differences in package names or maybe something else?

Hello @robert.androot, hope you’re doing great.

The Wazuh cluster supports all types of managers, with no operating system limitations.

May I ask where you have seen this support list? It could be a block of misinformation within our documentation or something we can improve.

Sorry for the late response Robert. Those are the OS that is recommended by our team having in mind some requirements.

I'd say that you can try to use Debian, It should be fine.
