Wazuh Agent 4.14 modules stop on SUSE OS

We are currently using Wazuh Agent version 4.14, installed on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP3.
The agent works normally when we manually restart the service on the OS.

However, whenever a policy is deployed from the manager, the agent automatically restarts, and the following error repeatedly appears:

wazuh-agentd: INFO: Unable to connect to the active response queue (disabled).

After this occurs, the agent does not operate correctly, and when checking with wazuh-control status, several modules are found to be stopped.

This issue happens only when the policy is deployed from the manager, not when the agent is restarted manually.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this problem?
