ELS : NOT INITIALIZED

Hi everyone!

Just wondering if you guys have come across any errors in your elasticsearch log files.

I am consistently receiving the following error in my els log file (marked in red): (after i done refresh setup again wazuh,els,filebeat and kibana)

“Error writing entry 'NOT_INITIALIZED”. Cause: /dev/shm/performanceanalyzer/xxxx.tmp

This cause my wazuh URL failed to run :

I found an issue that seems to be related with your problem: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: /dev/shm/performanceanalyzer/XXX

 

As a workaround they propose to modify the metrics-location property in the $ES_HOME/plugins/opendistro_performance_analyzer/pa_config/performance-analyzer.properties file to point to a directory that the elasticsearch user has access to (e.g. /dev/shm).
