In order to help you better, could you tell us which version of Wazuh you are using?
We are going to make a basic test to check the connection with the Wazuh API, we are going to execute the following request:
curl -u <user>:<password> -k -X GET "https://localhost:55000/security/user/authenticate?raw=true"
In case you are not executing this request in the same machine where the master is installed, you must change localhost for the machine IP. As for the port, 55000 is the default port, in case you have modified this setting you should change this value.
The default username and password is wazuh. The response to this request should look something like this:
