Wazuh Login API error

Hello!

New here on the group, hope everyone´s fine.

When we try to login to the server this error is showing:

We have increased the timeout to 25000ms, and now it´s stuck on this screen:

Can you help us?

How can we troubleshoot this? Or the reinstall the kibana plugin? The server was running fine a few days ago.

Looks like you can't reach the API, regardless of timeout. I'd suggest checking your wazuh-manager service. If it was connecting, you might be having issues. Also, you can try to reinstall Wazuh on Kibana if you want.

sudo -u kibana /usr/share/kibana/bin/kibana-plugin install https://packages.wazuh.com/4.x/ui/kibana/wazuh_kibana-4.2.5_7.14.2-1.zip

In order to help you better, could you tell us which version of Wazuh you are using?

We are going to make a basic test to check the connection with the Wazuh API, we are going to execute the following request:

curl -u <user>:<password> -k -X GET "https://localhost:55000/security/user/authenticate?raw=true"

In case you are not executing this request in the same machine where the master is installed, you must change localhost for the machine IP. As for the port, 55000 is the default port, in case you have modified this setting you should change this value. 

The default username and password is wazuh. The response to this request should look something like this:
