All,

 Need some help badly with my wazuh all in one server setup.

Basically i have setup wazuh and am able to access the app through https://<internet-ip>.

But, if i add a webserver in the front and access the app. Am getting this error message.
"Wazuh did not load properly. Check the server output for more information."

appreciate any kind of help

Hi Murugan,

Hope you are doing well.

Please let us know how you configured the load balancer thing in your environment ? Also can you please check wazuh components status once.

Check the status service:  

  systemctl status wazuh-manager
  systemctl status wazuh-indexer
  systemctl status wazuh-dashboard

There might be an issue with your load balancer only because in screenshots I can see your wazuh components are working fine. please go through with the documentation below:

 thank you so much. you are right, it was an issue with the nginx server.

since we are running nginx as non root user. it was blocking requests/responding with empty response for some the requests as it did not have permission to create files inside folder "/var/lib/nginx/proxy"

we fixed it and we are good now.
