Just to be sure, Could you confirm the following for the affected agents:
Do the problematic agents appear as "Active" under Management - Agents? this is to discard if there is a communication problem between the agent and the server.
Are these agents generating regular events and alerts normally (for example, in Threat Hunting or Security Events) and only missing the Vulnerability Detection data? Or are they not showing up in any module of the dashboard at all?
When you open the specific agent view and go to the Inventory Data section, do you see information about hardware, OS, packages, and network interfaces? Or is it completely empty?
Could you restart and share the output of the following command from one of the affected agents:
tail -100 /var/ossec/logs/ossec.log
