Hi Sajeeve,

At this moment, we don't have any public repository for Salt (as we have for Puppet or Ansible). But, I found some old salt file (attached) for installing the Wazuh agent 3.x. I'm not sure if it will help you.

I would recommend you to read the following guides:

I know it is not a Salt guide, but it could help you to understand how to create it.
