Hello,

So I was trying to access Wazuh by SSSH using Uid: wazuh-user Pwd: wazuh. I also tried my login, which I use for the webUI but no luck.

I don't get a denied access I'm just told the password is wrong. Where or how do I change my SSH password from the webUI?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Eric,

I believe you Wazuh deployment with OVA

To access the VM via SSH use these credentials

user: wazuh-user

password: wazuh

I can assure you that the following credentials work. I have tested it in 4.9.0

Wazuh dashboard(webUI) can be accessed from the web interface by using the following credentials:

URL: https://<wazuh_server_ip>

user: admin

password: admin

The password of the OS and the webUI are different.

Saying so the VM is on Amazon Linux 2. If you want to change an OS user password follow you can follow this document:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/managing-users.html

I hope you find this information helpful.
