Good morning,
I have installed the wazuh 4.9.1 on my VM and I have a time or timezone issue.

Launching the command:

[wazuh-user@wazuh-server ~]$ timedatectl
Local time: Thu 2025-01-09 13:58:30 UTC
Universal time: Thu 2025-01-09 13:58:30 UTC
        RTC time: Thu 2025-01-09 13:58:31
       Time zone: UTC (UTC, +0000)
     NTP enabled: yes
NTP synchronized: yes
 RTC in local TZ: no
      DST active: n/a
[wazuh-user@wazuh-server ~]$

show the time is 13:58:30 but the real time is 10:58:30

Where and how I can configure the external IP NTP server?

In my LAN I have the NTP server with IP (example)192.168.1.100.

Thanks.

Hello Massimiliano, apologies for the late response.
I understand that you have a problem with the VM timezone, and not strictly related to Wazuh, is that correct?
In that case, it seems that it is configured with a timezone +0 and you need a -3. How is that changed will depend on your operating system, but you can probably see this post that explains it https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-set-or-change-timezone-in-linux/

I hope you find this helpful!
