Could you give us some more context/details on how it happened?

What version of wazuh are you using?
Were you performing a new installation? what type?
If it was working before, have you made any changes recently?

Also if you can share these logs 

cat /var/log/wazuh-indexer/wazuh-cluster.log | grep -i -E "error|warn"

systemctl status wazuh-indexer
systemctl status wazuh-dashboard

filebeat test output

And also please check if exist any file in this path /var/log/wazuh-indexer/ and share me the permissions

Have you been able to check the filebeat certificates in /etc/filebeat/certs and that they are properly configured in /etc/filebeat/filebeat.yml ?
