5029 error reports

Good morning, I am contacting you to ask for your help.
When I want to generate reports in the web console, I get a 5029 error window, I attach it.
Apparently this only happens with my device because when generating from another if possible.

Thanks for getting in touch with us to report this problem, we are sorry about it.

We've been doing some research about this issue and found out that another user has experienced this exact problem and managed to solved it by changing the timezone of browser. Here's the link. Try following that approach and let us know about it.

We understand this is not the best solution and only a workaround, so we'll keep investigating this issue in depth to provide a more solid, long-term solution.
