Agent binary repository

Hi All,

As part of our Enterprise network I am required to maintain very specific versions of software throughout. This also has to be maintained at an N -1 level (one level below latest major release or higher). We are currently on 3.5 and I need the agents that match the manager. It seems that only the latest version is available. Is there any way that I can get the 3.5.0 agent so that I can match the agent to the platform?

This is specific to Windows as I have seen the method to deploy the old version of Linux agents.

Hello Louis,

Unfortunately, we do not have a list of older versions of the installation packages. 

If you want to download an older version of a package you can copy the link address of the current version and change the version to the version you need in our packages list: https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/installation-guide/packages-list/index.html 

For example, this is the link address of the current version of the Windows agent: https://packages.wazuh.com/3.x/windows/wazuh-agent-3.6.1-1.msi 

If you want to download the version 3.5.0 you only have to change wazuh-agent_3.6.1-1 to wazuh-agent_3.5.0-1. Then, the link for the version 3.5.0 will be: https://packages.wazuh.com/3.x/windows/wazuh-agent-3.5.0-1.msi

The problem is determining the "0-1" without insight into the releases like you guys have. But thanks for the link. Will store the binary for future use.

Hello again Louis,

The meaning of -1 is the number of the package, is not related to the version of Wazuh. The version of Wazuh is always v3.x.x or v2.x.x. This way you can choose between the different version of Wazuh.
