You can install the Wazuh Central components on 64 bit Linux machines, you can find the quickstart document here  Quickstart · Wazuh documentation

For Windows Server 2016, you can install a Windows agent. The agent is lightweight and multi-purpose, providing a variety of security capabilities. The link to install an agent is here
