i have started testing waybe for mac and ran into some problems.
1. there is no help. clicking on the help button comes to nothing.
2. no matter what autounfold tool i use nothing ever appears in the
print window. it is not a size problem as after getting a warning
about a big model i downsized it and got a positive unfold test. the
result was the same.
3. the component toolkit button does not work either.
4. the print window never opens on sketchup like it does on the
videos. it opens on firefox and has nothing on it.

thus so far i have not been able to do much.

Edson,

Sounds like firefox is running as default - we've designed the print
window only for Safari and IE. First I would try to set Safari as
default and see if it helps. My other comment would be that we do
have everything working on some macs but have tested the mac version
of Waybe much less than the PC version. Your comments are all very
useful and this weekend Ryan and I will try to fix them.

thanks,
Justin

Hi Edson,

I figured out the help button thing; that'll be fixed this weekend.
I'll look into the Word print window, but how many Macs actually have
Microsoft Office? Do you have an idea?

Can you check the "plugins/w_tools/Webdialog/cutups" folder and see if
there are any images there? If not, please try the "unfold and export"
tool on the manual toolbar on one group, and see if it puts an image
there.

Thank you,
-Ryan

ryan,

making safari the default browser did not solve the problem.

i would say many macs have microsoft office installed just in case,
even though they may use the iwork suite. at least all the ones i know
have.

there are several images in the cutups folder and they correspond to
the shapes i tried to unfold. it seems as if both automatic and manual
unfold tools are sending images there.

the export feature did not work either.

regards.
