I may have missed something here, but I can't seem to find a method of
increasing flap sizes. Is there a way to do this?

Colonel,

We have erred for now on auto setting the tab sizes based on the
geometry to make Waybe easier to use. We are thinking of adding a
feature that lets the user define the tab sizes with the default
setting being the 'auto' setting.

Would it be possible to attack this from a different angle? - I was thinking
that it might be easier and more practical to make it to where one could
chose to "flatten" a piece without exporting to print window or adding tabs.
Then one could add the tabs where they want them, group the object, and
export it to the print window... There have been times when I didn't want
any flaps at all.

I think the best way to 'flatten' without adding tabs is to use the
manual unfold tool - do you mean an autounfold (on say a group) which
doesn't add tabs ?

Yes - for instance some fuselage shapes unfold fine, but are hard to unfold
manualy & it would be nice to be able to have the option to not have tabs.
