Error messages and missing icons

Hi All,

Well, sorry for delaying this post but I have really had a sh***tload
of work for the last two days.
Anyway, so I downloaded and installed the plugin without any problem.
ThenI opened SketchUp and found the toolbars. See these two
screenshots:

I have all image (icon) files and a whole lot more in the necessary
folder (I guess) - here is a printout of my folder content with the
path:
c:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 6\Plugins\w_tools\w_images\
("Oldal" means Page in the top right corner)

1) Then I created a simple box to start with and wanted to unfold it
and got this error message:

(The translation of the Hungarian line is something like this: "The
automatizable server cannot create the object")

2) When I hit Yes, this error popped up:

3) Finally when I say Yes again, it gives this page:

4) if at step 2 I hit No, this error pops up:

Finally, here is my plugins folder list if you are curious whether
there's a collision with something incidentally.

(The files with rbb extension are just simply rb files that I
temporarily wanted to disable).

I hope you get some clue what's going on with my computer. I hate this
because I was so happily preparing to play around but I guess an early
bug is better than anything else.

Hi Gaieus,

Because I typically run SU on a Mac, I downloaded the free version for
PC and installed it on a laptop. I couldn't get the icons to show up
after downloading and installing twice. Are you running the Pro
version? Just curious if maybe it is an issue with the free version.

No, I have Pro (I only use free in the office I work but I haven't
installed waybe on that).

p.s. Have you also tried to create / do anything with it? (Though not
visible, the buttons are "functional" - the errors come from elsewhere
I guess.)

I've been swamped too but hopefully I will have some time next week.
The icons while not visible are functional because I can see their
names when I run the cursor over them.

Hello Gaieus, Tim,

Urgh.... No, I'm not certain what is causing the internet explorer
errors right now. Since we couldn't use a regular GUI in Sketchup, we
wrote up a webpage to be the interface to the pictures. When you
export the piece, it shows up as a png file in the '\w_tools\WebDialog
\cutups\' folder.

Would one of you gentleman try opening a cutup and one of the icon
images in the internal Windows viewer, or Internet explorer, and tell
me what happens? (The icons are in the \w_tools\w_images folder.)

I'm not sure what you mean here (by the "cutup". All the images are
there and I can see them fine (as I posted the image folder printout
in pdf as well). I can see them in the windows image viewer with no
problem.

I also have Spyware doctor that starts running when I start IE7 (I
generally use Firefox). Now I have disabled it as an addon in IE (as
well as spybot - but as I mentioned in the other thread, I have
already turned it off now). Funnily, Spyware Doctor still starts
running when I start IE. I'll give a try to uninstall it altogether
maybe.
