Fusion formerly by Eyon now by Blackmagic, is free for commercial and home use. Was is officially history. I will be posting about this on my Youtube soon. Enjoy.

eyeon fusion tutorials

Fusion is a 64bit program.
If you try to install Fusion on a 32bit operating system you will get this error:

"This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor."

Sorry 'bout that. Looks like a neat program to look into.
Guess we are stuck with Blender.

I guess I stick with blender.

Aren't 32 bit  systems uncommon?

Hmmm, I don't know. I always had 32 bit Windows systems. But, on review, I can see the advantages to accessing more than 4 Gig of ram and some programs would run faster. I do h ave a 64 bit Windows 7 disc and I just might make the conversion.

Some computer hardware is only 32 bit, so check that as well. I hope that it's 64 bit for you.

Also, it looks like blender can do most of what Fusion can do. Since you work with it could you confirm this?
