Hi people. When I apply the 3d objects (+ convert 3d) effect to a jpeg in the timeline, the chroma effect disappears. What am I doing wrong? I'll appreciate any help.

Maybe you should manually remove the transparency as a picture. Then import it into Wax

I don't know. I don't think I have ever done that. Try putting the 3D stuff below the chroma key. bananewb has a good idea. Download Gimp and open your picture. Right click on it in the layers window on the right and click add alpha channel. Remove your background by using the fuzzy select tool (magic wand) on the background and pressing delete. Finally export your picture from the file menu.
