Moving source code to Github

Hi

I created a new Github organization - https://github.com/wave-protocol and forked there the Apache Wave source repository. Please, let me know if you want to join the organization/admin rights etc..

I do not need to be an admin, but I would like to join the organization.  We should also maybe look into consolidating https://github.com/wave-protocol with https://github.com/anotherWave to avoid confusion.
