Status update: April 16th

Hi everyone!

Due to being extremely busy, I haven't done much to the emacs on wave codebase lately.  The last thing done was to add low-level functions for posting modifications and updates, which I intend to build on to start out the modification functionality of the client.

The good news is that I'm about to develop on this codebase very actively for the next two weeks, and I hope to have some useful updates soon.  Expect another update in a week or two.
