Hi everyone!

I've checked in the some elisp code to connect and communicate to the
FedOne REPL.

Now, we can get started on the building out of the UI!

Next steps on the FedOne REPL side:
- Expose the contents and metadata of wave, given the id (tricky,
requires investigation and careful thought on how emacs will make use
of this data)
- Create a separate network channel for outputting of notifications.
This can be a REPL, but really nothing will be evaluated, it's all
just printing. (should be fairly simple)

Next steps on the emacs side:
- Create the basic Wave major mode (should be fairly simple,
especially if you've done this before)
- Create a UI for showing a listing of Waves, one per line (should be
fairly simple)

If anyone would like to help with any of these items, please reply and
let the group know which one. Thanks!
