First step: Cloning existing debatewise wave debate application

Hello guys, I need your help. The first task is to clone the Wave app
(from appspot) to another appspot id and point it to
wavebb.debatewise.org.

David wants this so we have a starting off point, and everyone can see
what we've already done, the similarities between what we have now and
what we intend to acheive, and so forth.

I need at least two other technical resources to do this in a timely
manner.
