Hi all,

I called for a web meeting last week, but I see that the idea is not very popular. On top of that, it looks that a simultaneous meeting on the web would even be impossible, because we are all scattered all over the planet.

I propose a solution to this. Let's meet asynchronously. Let's produce a video each, 5-10 minutes long, with the same format: introduce yourself, talk about your involvement in the general Watu Afrika project (Diaspora Bank, Africa's Resources, Innovation, propose others...), and talk about your general vision.

These videos will be posted on our blog and/or website, to project the idea of a forming community.

Moreover, we can use these videos to produce an official video presentation about Watu Afrika, which will be widely distributed on social media.

Please take this weekend to put your ideas together.

Remember, the new economy is all about being social. We need to stick our faces out there! The secret is in openness, sharing and collaboration, with a human face. You need these personal bounds in order to form strong collaborative networks.

Take this task as an exercise and as a challenge for you to master the art of projecting yourself and to master the technological tools that make it happen. Go for it!
