Add a training levels graphs based on Threshold Heartrate The levels are:-
Zone 1: Active Recovery < 68% THR Zone 2: Endurance 69 to 83% of THR Zone 3: Tempo 84 to 94% of THR Zone 4: Lactate Threshold 95 to 105% of THR Zone 5: VO2 Max > 106% THR
