License type

I've tested Wattzap on three machines, two operating systems, and two distributions of an operating system, and I'm encouraged but have experienced some issues when using video in all cases (testing so far has been with a single video file, so I haven't yet ruled out it or the associated GPX is to blame). I am interested in purchasing a license. Against that background, my question is:

Is the Wattzap license bound to (a) my person; (b) a machine; or (c) a particular installation/instance?

If (c), can I transfer registration from one installation to another if it turns out another setup/machine/OS works better for me?
