Add support for bluetooth low energy devices.
Bluetooth Low Energy (AKA BT 4.0) is a relatively new standard and support appears a bit sketchy at present outside the smartphone environment. I found this library which supports the cheap Bluegigi BLE112 dongle:- https://github.com/SINTEF-9012/bglib
Otherwise dongles based on the CRS8510 chip seem to be supported under Linux (bluez stack) and Windows.
