Improve the playback for people without ANT+ sticks.
Maybe display roller resistance setting?

From the v1.3 manual

If you don't have a ANT stick WattzAp will display a warning message and run in standalone
mode. This can be used to play videos at a realistic road speed even if you don't have ANT+
sensors.

From standalone mode you can

1. Playback videos or GPX routes with a fixed trainer resistance and target power using
your bike speedometer
2. Playback videos or GPX routes with a variable trainer resistance (for supported trainers)
3. Playback videos or GPX routes with a variable trainer resistance (for supported trainers)
with simulated speed

Wattzap will adjust playback speed based on your overall weight, the slope adjusted for your
fitness level. The fitness level is set using the riders Functional Threshold Power (FTP) in the
Preferences. If you already know your FTP from previous testing – say from a power meter, lab
session or using Wattzap on a friends ANT+ equiped system, you can enter this value directly.
