The Ant sensors need to start up so there could be a delay of a few seconds before the speed is displayed. What kind of delay are you seeing?

It looks like "speed == 0" problem, again.
If you pause training for a while, nothing happens when resumed. It is "bogus 50 seconds" condition (really bogus, indeed).

Here is the debug from the ANT Speed and Cadence listener when we stop suddenly. Normally we ignore the first 6 readings as these don't change with every message. However we should send a zero reading after the 6th zero speed message. This doesn't happen.
