Problem with consecutive loads of routes

I find the following bug, both in the normal and stand alone mode:
After opening a rlv route, I change my mind, I close the route and try to open
another route, or even the same one. Then in the altitude profile appears
a flat section with length apparently the same of the previously closed one.
If I close and open again now the flat portion is twice long. Trying to bike
nothing works. Only cure is completely close the program and load the
route for the first time.
