Travis CI is setup for Wattdepot

A build status link is added at the end of the project Readme.md which links to the build page.
It is currently set up to use postgres db service from Travis. There is other services such as mongodb, rabbitmq provided by Travis. We could potentially include them for CI testing in the future.
