Organizational todos

Greetings, 

I've just created a GitHub organization called "WattDepot" and added Cam and Robert as owners. 

When appropriate, I'd like:

(a) The repo for wattdepot3 to be moved to this organization and named "wattdepot" (not wattdepot3).

(b) Other wattdepot repos (csdl, cammoore) to be deleted to minimize confusion

(c) The creation of milestones and issues for the next couple of months of development.
