Should WattDepot3 support deleting measurements?

Do we want WattDepot to support deleting measurements. My current implementation doesn't, but that is causing some issues with test data that I really don't want to keep around in the database.
If we support CRUD operations on measurements how are we going to know the data is accurate?
So should the HTTP API support the DEL request?
