Good morning,

We have received the enclosed CFPB complaints submitted by Jewel Carbone.  The consumer disputes ownership of this debt.  The lease term agreement we currently have on file is from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020, and there is another individual by the name of Andrea Carbajal who is also listed as a jointly liable party. 
 
In order to appropriately respond to the complaint, we kindly request the following:
 
  1. The most recent lease agreement.  
  2. Move-out inspection
  3. Repair cost invoices.
  4. Copies of the bills to substantiate the $9,617.74 related to Passthru Water & Sewer – Conservice.
  5. Please also confirm if Andrea Carbajal should be listed as a jointly liable party. If she was released, please provide the tenant release form.
 
 
 
Your prompt attention to this matter will assist us in addressing this inquiry effectively.
 
 
Please be advised we will need the information that has been requested by 05/15/2026 in order to provide a timely response to the CFPB and the consumer. If a response is not received by 05/14/2026 we will proceed with cancellation of the file.
