ជំនួសមុខឲ្យឯកឧត្តម ស្រ៊ិន ពុទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកជនបទ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារ WATSAN ខ្ញុំបាទ សូមគោរពអញ្ជើញលោក លោកស្រី ដែលជាក្រុមការងារធ្វើការលើវិស័យផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាត ការសំអាត និងអនាម័យជនបទ សូមអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំខែ WATSAN ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ បន្ទប់ ៧០៧ ជាន់ទី០៧ នៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។

Many thanks for your email of invitation. I am currently not working on WATSAN and I also now work at the province in Kampong Thom so I am able to join this important meeting.
