Organizations working in Banteay Meanchey and Siem Reap

Dear WatSan Colleagues,
As some of you are aware of, the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD) will conduct the Cash Transfer (CT) pilot in two provinces Banteay Meachey (BMC) and Siem Reap (SR) with the support from Unicef. The pilot will aim at the mothers of 0-3 children and pregnant women who are categorized as poor level 1. There will be a CT design workshop in mid July and we want to explore the opportunity to link sanitation to CT. For this reason, I would like to know if any organizations working in the two provinces can provide the following information:
- The districts and communes you are working in
- The approach you are using
