Watir 1.9.0 released with full support for Ruby 1.8.7 and IE9

Hi all,

Watir 1.9.0 has been released. This release includes:

* Full support for IE9
* Full support for Ruby 1.8.7
* Remove Autoit (replaced with Rautomation)
* Remove WinClicker (RIP)
