Webspec Mozilla? browser seems to be displaying IE security exceptions...

In my test code I am using Mozilla as my browser under test.  During testing I get the IE security exception message:

"When you send information to the Internet, it might be possible for others to see that information.  Do you want to continue?"

This seems to be a bug.
