haven't found a way to set the directory for webspechome.
Am I missing it?
Needed because our directory structure on our boxes is different, and
changes.

WebSpec.webspec_home can be set directly in code, or you can pass it
as a system property with -Dwebspec_home="Users/bknorr/Dev/WebSpec"
