DVD of the history of the conflict, why the situation is where it is, and the effects on the Palestinian people, followed by discussion
This DVD was made in Salfeet, and features Dr Mustafa Barghouti, leader of the Palestinian National Initiative (“Mubadara”) an inclusive and reformist political party. In 1979 he founded the Union of Palestinian Medical Relief Committees, an NGO providing health care and related services in the West Bank and Gaza. In 2006 he came second in the Palestinian presidential election, receiving 20% of the vote.
Watford Friends of Salfeet is a group which
campaigns for human rights for the people of Salfeet, a town and district in
