Hi @FlorianLoustale! Right now, Later isn't able to add a cover image to a post before Auto Publishing. If you want to add a cover image in the TikTok app natively before it publishes, we recommend using the Notification Publish method.
Later does hope to offer more features like adding cover images and trending audio for TikTok Auto Publishing in the future, however, at the moment we aren't able to receive this information from TikTok through the API they have provided to us.
Bumping this post to point out that it is possible in v1.3 of the API. Using "thumbnail_offset" a frame can be chosen for the cover. Given this happens for Pinterest and Instagram wouldn't be to tough to add in an already selected variable for TikTok now.
