from 100 KLD to 150 KLD (AA/ENA/Ethanol) and   Co-Generation Power Plant from 3.0 MW to 6.5 MW  at Hargaon, Block and District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh

 Location : Village Surjipara, Hargaon, Block and District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh

                    

As on  March 11, 2019 : The Project is under Planning Stage. 

 

The expansion would come up in its existing  50 Acres of Land .


Out of this about 33% of the area will be developed as Green Belt.

the Project  is  under Panning Stage.

 

The company is now waiting for Environmental clearances . 


The Project   is Scheduled to be  Completed in

12-18 Months from the date of commencement of the project work.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:

To control the particulate emissions from Coal  Fired boiler will be controlled by Bag Filter and emissions will be dispersed through Stack of suitable Height.  .

 

Steam generated from the boilers and will be utilized in the generation of additional 

3.5 MW Power and will also be used for Boiler feed water heating and Distillery.

 

Flue gases after super heating the steam will pass through Economizer where they will  Pre-Heat the boiler Feed water before it enters the boiler drum. After Economizer, flue will pass through Air Pre-Heaters where they will heat the air which will be  fed to the boiler furnace for burning the fuel.

Cooled Condenser  :

Use of Air Cooled Condenser to be used to reduce water consumption.

 

All the Conveyors will be covered with GI sheets to prevent the fugitive dust emission into the atmosphere.

 

DG set :

will be  installed for emergency power Back-up during power failure.

    

Water Treatment Plant

Oxidisation Chamber, Pressure Sand Filter / IRF, DM Plant,

Tube Settler

Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work.

 

Total water requirement for the above project will be

1050 KLD will be sourced from and same will be met from the Doodhganga River..

Effluent Treatment Plant :

 The Boiler blow down & DM Plant & Softener regeneration water will be treated in a neutralization tank and after treatment it will be mixed with CT Blow down. 


All these treated effluent streams will be stored in a Central Monitoring Basin (CMB). The treated effluent will be used for greenbelt development/dust suppression / ash conditioning. The scrubbed water from CO2 Scrubber will be consumed in the Fermentation section. 


The effluent will be used for greenbelt development within the plant premises after ensuring the compliance with CPCB/SPCB standards.


Spent wash from molasses based distillery will be treated in biomethanisation, concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Bio-composting.

Fire Fighting System shall be as per the TAC Norms and cover all areas where  alcohol is produced, handled and stored.

 

Provision of Foam System for Fire Fighting to control fire from the alcohol storage tank.

 

Green Belt Development plan in 33 % area   and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
