First Info: November 2017 

The company plans to set up a technical grade pesticides manufacturing unit.

The project is in planning stage.

As of  28th November, 2017, the company is waiting for necessary clearance.

Boiler : 5 TPH (Fuel : Briquette/Coal)            : 2 Nos. (1 +1)

 Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater

Air Pollution Control :  Cyclone & Bag Filter

The source of flue gas emission will be from the stack attached to Boiler & Thermic Fluid Heater. Cyclone & Bag Filter will be provided as APCM to prevent flue gas emission. Source of Process gas emission will be from the stack attached to Spray dryer & as a part of prevention,  

Thermic Fluid Heater : 10 Lac/KCal : 1 No. ( Fuel :Coal)
DG Set                        :    1X1000 KVA  ( HSD)  
Other Equipments:
Cooling Towers, Reactor, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, and Storage Tanks. To support the process equipment Boilers, Chilling plants, , Agitator, Weighing Balance. Fire Hydrant System, .

Water Requirement after expanson: 731 m3/ Day                                    [Domestic : 10 m3/day + Process : 376 m3/day+  Boiler  : 120 m3/day  + Cooling Tower :130 m3/day + lab : 2 m3/day + Scrubber : 3 m3/day     Wahing : 50  m3/day + Gardening : 40 m3/day  ]

Effluent Treatment Plant :  

Waste Water Generation :  500 KLD 

Industrial: 509 KLD + Domestic: 9 KLD.

Domestic Wastewater is 9 KL/day will be disposed off through Soak Pit/Septic Tank System.  Industrial Effluent of 509 KL/day will be sent to ETP for primary treatment .

ESP with stack of adequate height will be installed with the boiler to control the particulate and gaseous emissions due to combustion of fuel..

DG Set      :  750 KVA ( HSD)  : 1No. (Existing  :2x1500 KVA)

DISTILLERY–Distillation plant, Evaporation plant, Molasses storage tanks,  Fermentation plantAlcohol storage tanks, Spent wash storage tanks, Fuel system, Cooling Tower, Bottling Plant Dryer, Multiple Effect Evaporators.    

Water Treatment Plant

Oxidisation Chamber, Pressure Sand Filter / IRF, R.O. Plant,                                 

Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work.                                                                Total water requirement will be about 2230 m3/Day.              

Effluent Treatment Plant:   

Effluent shall be treated in effluent treatment plant (ETP). Thus there will be no release 

of pollutants into the ground or into sewers, surface waters and groundwater..

The Project will be zero discharge based.
