Distillery & Power: Shri Gang Industries & Allied Product Rs.90 Crore

First Info: February 2017   Update :  June 2017,October 2017 & August 2018 The company plans to set up a New 55 KLD (55 KLPD ENA & 3 KLPD TECHNICAL SPIRITS) Grain based Distillery along with a 2 MW Bagasse based Co-Generation Power Plant at UPSIDC Industrial Area, Sikandrabad in Bulandshahr District, Uttar Pradesh. The project is in planning stage. Environment Clerance is in place.                                                The Project Work is likely to start by March 2019. Completion Period :1 Year.   ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: ********************************************************************** Boiler                  : 20 TPH : 1 No. (Fuel :Bagasse/ Coal/Rice Husk Fired)                  Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater/Economiser) to be included in the Boiler. Steam consumption for the process and boiler de-aeration is 16.50 TPH, will be sourced from Boiler ; TURBINE  GENERATOR : .2 MW- 1 No.  =============================== Air Pollution Control Equipment : Electrostatic Precipitator will be installed with the proposed boiler. Adequate boiler stack height  will be provided.. DG Set  :  500 KVA  : 1 No.  Other Equipments Cooling tower with pumps, Dryer, Chilled Water Plant with pumps, Fire Hydrant System, Coal handling system. Ash handling system, Air Cooled Condenser, , Yeast Activation, Vessel Recirculation cum Transfer Pump with motor, Spent Wash pump with flame proof motor, Bucket Elevator - Hopper Bin with Rotary Air Lock Valves - Vibratory Screen - De-Stoner - Magnetic Separators - Hammer Mills - Air Aspiration Systems - Bucket Elevator - Storage Silos with Rotary Air Lock Valves - Weighment Tank with Load Cell Arrangement - Batch Tipping Machine - Removable Screens - Piping and Valve.         Fire- Fighting Equipment etc. Water Treatment Plant :Total requirement of water for the distillery based on Continuous fermentation, multi pressure vacuum distillation with integrated evaporation, standalone evaporation system to concentrated spent wash  is 1370 m3/Day.. Process : 500 m3/day+ Soft Water  : 70 m3/day + DM Water : 500 m3/day + Cooling : 300 m3/day ]  DM &  Soft water Plant  Effluent Treatment Plant : The proposed grain based distillery would be based on “Zero Liquid Discharge” (ZLD). Spent wash will be treated in MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator), than the semisolid waste from MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) will be sent in specially designed boiler for incineration. Condensate will be treated in condensate polishing unit and will used as water in cooling tower.
