Chemical   :  SBEC Sugar Limited                  Project Cost : 105 Crore      First Info: September 2017   Update : January 2018 .  The company plans to set up a New 100.0 KLPD Molasses based Distillery  and a 3.5 MW  Co-Generation Power Plant at Village : Malakpur, Baraut in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.. The project is in planning stage.  As of 14th October, 2018, Environmental clearance is in place.  The Project Work is likely to start by End of 2018. ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: **********************************************************************           Boiler :  35 TPH: 1 No. (Fuel :Slop and Bagasse.)   (Actual Steam requirement of the Unit will be : 30 TPH) Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater.    Air Pollution Control :  Bag Filter Bag filter of 125 % capacity system will be attached to the boiler. DG Set with adequate stack height and acoustic enclosures will be installed for the proposed project.el. Turbine      :  3.5 MW- 1 No. DG Set    :    500 KVA Other Equipments DISTILLERY– Fermentation plant, Distillation plant, Evaporation plant, Molasses storage tanks, Alcohol storage tanks, Spent wash storage tanks, Fuel system, Cooling Tower, Bottling Plant Dryer, Multiple Effect Evaporators.     Water Treatment Plant Oxidisation Chamber, Pressure Sand Filter / IRF, R.O. Plant,                                     Tube Settler, Pumps Valves, Custom Pipeline Work.                                                 Total water requirement will be about 820 m3/Day(Fresh Water from borewell)                   [Total recycling and Utilizing :  1949.0 m3/Day, Fresh water : 800 m3/Day, Domestic : 20.0 m3/Day & Total Water requirement for First Run  : 2769 m3/Day ]    Effluent Treatment Plant:    800 KLD  Effluent generation Spent wash : 766 KLD Effluent shall be treated in effluent treatment plant (ETP). Thus there will be no release  of pollutants into the ground or into sewers, surface waters and groundwater.. The Project will be zero discharge based.
