Observatory repaired and new date for Nov. 3

The observatory has finished its repairs, and is back in operation.
There is a planned stargazing event next Thursday (Nov. 3) 8pm, PHY 308.
(This is a weather determined event, meaning it will likely be cancelled if it's overcast)
