Subject: Re: plumbing question
Hi, Jenn. Thank you for the materials.Attached is the invoice.Just a little background. The invoice lists one job and one amount. But they did two things:A. They removed a blockage in the pipe. I remember asking the plumber how far down it was, because I was curious. He told me...his answer was in feet, and it was a two-digit answer. (As in: 10 feet or more.) I remember being really surprised at how far away it was, though I don't recall the number! Anyway, they brought up a big, long cable to get rid of it.B. They also did something with the pipe right under my sink, definitely in my unit...the existing fixture was too loose, and it was leaking. If you need more information, let me know. I bet I could get the plumbing company to separate out A and B, if you rule that the condo association should pay for A.Thanks!DeliaOn Wed, Feb 3, 2021 at 6:21 PM Waterford North <waterfo...@cwdgroup.com> wrote:Hi Delia,
Please see several documents attached which will be helpful.
Regarding the recent plumber visit, can you please sent us a copy of you invoice? I would like to look at what the plumber reported. If the block was outside of your unit, it is the Association’s responsibility to reimburse you for that expense. Seeing the invoice will help determine that.
Thank you,
