Unit 107 Reported Leak

Good morning Board,

I just received a call from the owner of 107.  His tenant has reported a leak in the “trap door” in his shower.  He said that there have been several leaks in the ceiling of the shower, so sometime ago a trap door was installed to keep the water from building up in the ceiling.  Two days ago, water came through that trap door but there has been no leaks since. 

 

Do you want me to call Fischer to come out, or do you want to place that call? The tenant is available to today and tomorrow. The owner is also in town until next Wednesday.

Robert, I think if you call scheduling will be easier on you both , Jesh and yourself .  I'm not excitied about paying week end prices.

Robert, Fischer plumbing has not been very satisfying with their work lately.
These are the two plumbers board members have used and have been very pleased.

I would agree with Fischer not being on their A game lately.  We have good experience with All the Best Plumbing as well.
