I am reaching out regarding the Secretary of State annual report that needs to be filed for the Association to renew its nonprofit corporate status for the next year.
I wasn’t sure if your new management company, Coldwell Banker, was going to handle that for you so I wanted to reach out to you all before I sent a reminder email to them. It looks like your previous management company, CWD, is still listed as the registered agent for the Association.
Please let me know if our firm can be of any assistance with updating the registered agent information or filing the report. Alternatively, if you’d like me to go ahead and send a reminder email to Byron at Coldwell, I can do that too.
