Bulk Item in Dumpster

What do you all think is the best way to manage this? These are blinds and an entire rail system that appears to be from the patio door. Trash will not be picked up if it's not taken out.

We can see who brought it out via the garage or front door (thanks to the new courtyard camera). I don't think CBD has been brought up to speed on our camera system though.

It seems to be in the dumpster and this has happened before and the city just dumps it. We could wait to see what happens

Are we OK with possibility of going another week without trash? I honestly think a reminder email of what is allowed in dumpsters and what is not will help people. I know we say it's in the rules, but people don't read.
I'm not suggesting shaming but just a reminder. When we first moved in and were doing reno, I had the foresight to ask Myron about dumping. He told me to take bulk items to dump and I did. That same week, someone else in this building dumped building materials and the number of people who approached me like I was the problem because I was new was unreal. The reality is it was someone who already lived here.
So again an annual friendly reminder about trash isn't a bad thing in my mind...keeps us all honest and doesn't inconvenience the building.

All,
This is a reminder that the garbage will not get picked up if the items in the picture attached remain in our dumpster. The city garbage service does NOT pick up our garbage when they see items like this that should be taken to the dump instead. We kindly ask that whoever put these blinds and rail system in the dumpster that you remove them immediately and take them to the dump instead. If these are not removed timely we might not have our trash picked up this week.

Love it. Can we attach house rules as a reference too? I know we send them out bit I swear people don't read that thing as much as we do (to be fair, we read it to enforce it...they don't read it because they're not interested in following it lol).
I get it though...lots going on in the world and this may seem small, but those 2 weeks of no garbage a few weeks back were terrible.

Okay sounds good. I just reread the house rules. We don't actually call out items like this to 'not' be put in the garbage can. See attached. I won't include it. We can revise and send out another time.
Let me know the exact verbiage you would like added and I can add to this document.
